  • I can't get the quizzes/exams to run on my device. What can I do?

    The quizzes and exams within this course run across a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and many mobile phones. They will also run on many different browsers. The latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari have all been tested.

    If you are experiencing difficulty running the quizzes or exams, please make sure your browser is updated to the current version. We have noticed that some mouse scrolling capabilities will not work on Internet Explorer. For the best experience, you may want to run them on Firefox or Chrome.

  • Can I get free one-on-one tutoring from you?

    Please realize that we cannot provide one-on-one tutoring to you.

    The materials contain all the information you need to pass the exam. When you get confused or stuck the best advice we can give you is to just keep moving. Try not get too hung up on a point you may not understand. Often if you keep going any points of confusion will ultimately be cleared up. That's because we cover the material in several different places in the training course (i.e. glossary, patent training workshop, guidebooks, workbooks, quiz decks, and/or finally in the PatExam Engine testing software). So as you move through the program, you'll most likely find the information you need to help clarify any issues for you.

    Many courses that may advertise one-on-one support are just going to direct you to the page in their materials where you can read up on the topic on your own. To our knowledge, NONE of the review providers will spend one-on-one time with you like a personal tutor would. You would be better off finding a tutor on your own if you need one-on-one help in addition to the materials you buy.

  • What should I do if I think I found an error in the materials?

    As you can see, we are working with a large volume of material and it is constantly changing. Therefore, while we do our best to review all the material at each update, it is possible for an error or two to slip through.

    If you think you found an error in our materials then please let us know. From broken links to typos, we'd like to know so we can continually improve your study experience.

    We will need the URL (just copy and paste the web address of the page) or at least give us a detailed description of the heading where we can find the potential error. If it's a question then a screenshot will be nice.

    Please make sure to send us a link to where the contradictory information is either within our materials or the currently tested MPEP. Potential errors without a link or screenshot to the contradictory material will not be reviewed. We will review complete error requests during our monthly review and if it warrants it, then the question or material will be updated.

  • How can I get a refund?

    If you are still within the 14-day money back period and would like a refund, please email us immediately so we can process your refund ASAP. Please be aware it may take your credit card company up to 5 to 7 business days to reflect it.

  • I just passed the exam! What should I do?

    First off, congratulations! Please send us an email letting us know so we can personally congratulate you. This exam is a big hurdle for many.
